The selected person will be included in the Site Management team to deal with the operational management of the site.Specifically, the resource will have to monitor direct contracts with the site maintainer, tracking activities, proposing maintenance improvements or maintenance processes;
operate to respond to ordinary requests;
support the Site Manager in managing construction sites and organizing layouts.The resource will deal with the following activities:* Site control* Monitoring of activities managed by the property* Planning of handling activities in agreement with other organizational structures* Develop blueprints and floor plans;
* Supervise constructionsites following renovations**Educational qualification:** High school diploma as Surveyor or Electrotechnical Expert and/or three-year degree**Required experience level:** Junior (1-3 years)**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Knowledge of industrial systems, both technological and service* CAD use* Professional qualification preferred**Behavioral Skills**The sought-after resource must have strong relational skills and demonstrate flexibility in carrying out their work.
