Innovation, continuous research, digital industry, and sustainability are the pillars of its global business.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area of the Electronic Division at the Naples Fusaro site, we are looking for **Assembly Operators**.Selected candidates will be involved in assembly activities, dealing with everything related to the assembly and integration of production parts, based on specific technical diagrams and documentation and using both manual and automatic assembly equipment and machinery.Candidates will be responsible for the following activities:* Assembly of electronic and/or mechanical parts using specific equipment (pliers, wire cutters, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.) and frequently using the hot soldering process with soldering alloys. These activities also require the use of electronic microscopes and repair machines.**Education:**Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.**Required Experience Level:** Junior (1-3 years) or Expert (3-5 years)**Technical Knowledge and Skills*** Good knowledge of the theory and basic topics of technical school curricula;
* Familiarity with electronic circuits and components;
* Familiarity with basic assembly equipment;
* Good manual dexterity, precision, and assembly skills;
* Ability to read and use technical documentation (electrical diagrams, parts lists, assembly drawings, and procedures);
* Aptitude for electronics and ICT applications;
