Innovation, continuous research, digital industry, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain of the Electronics Division business area at the Montevarchi site, we are looking for Electronic Board Assembly Technicians.Selected individuals will be integrated into the production lines with the aim of ensuring production capacity and supporting the development of new products, currently in the prototyping phase.Individuals will be responsible for the following activities:* Assemble SMD and THT components on electronic boards in accordance with production specifications.* Use specific equipment and tools for SMD and THT assembly.* Collaborate with the production team to ensure the quality of the finished product.* Strictly adhere to operating procedures and safety regulations.* Consult technical documentation, particularly assembly drawings, during board assembly activities.* Use production procedures and technical instrumentation (Screen Printing Machine, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, Soldering Irons, etc…).* Use company tools for recording Non-Conformities.**Educational Qualification:** Technical Institute Diploma in Electronics - Telecommunications or equivalent**Required Experience Level:** Junior (1-3 years) or Expert (3-5 years)**Technical Knowledge and Skills*** Proven experience in assembling SMD and THT components.* Ability to use assembly tools and equipment.* Knowledge of Equipment and technical instrumentation (Screen Printing Machine, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, Soldering Irons, etc…).* Basic knowledge of production flows and related management of non-conformities.* Understanding and knowledge of assembly diagrams and parts lists.* Basic computer skills**Behavioral Skills*** Time and priority management* Collaboration, flexibility* Teamworking* Problem Solving Orientation**Language Skills:** Good knowledge of the English language (minimum A2 level)**Computer Skills:*** Knowledge of the SAP application* Knowledge of the Office suite**How does the selection process work?**Following the collection of applications, CVs most in line with the required qualifications are evaluated and identified.Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, covering motivation and aptitude, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.At the end of the process, feedback is provided to the person, both in case of a positive or negative outcome.**Involvement, enhancement of skills, and care for people's well-being and safety** are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.We are committed every day to fostering an **inclusive and stimulating work environment**, actively promoting the principles of **inclusion, equity, and valuing diversity.****What do we offer?*** Fixed remuneration commensurate with the experience and level of the selected person, accompanied by bonuses linked to business results;
