Innovation, continuous research, digitalization, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Airborne Business area of the Palermo site, we are looking for **assembly workers** to be included in the Microelectronics Center of Excellence.The selected candidates will perform assembly activities of modules using electronic components and will be integrated into cleanroom assembly lines with the aim of ensuring production capacity and supporting the development of new products, currently in the prototyping phase.**The resource will primarily be responsible for:*** Assembling circuits on dielectric substrates, gluing and soldering active and passive electronic components on circuits, making electrical connections between components and circuits, mounting boards in metal cavities, performing sealing and screen printing with laser techniques, hermeticity tests, environmental tests using climatic chambers.* Performing repairs on boards.* Consulting technical documentation in carrying out assembly activities.* Using company tools for entering non-conformities.**Education:**Technical diploma in Electronic-Telecommunications-Mechatronic engineering**Required experience level:**Junior or expert**Skills and technical knowledge:*** Theoretical knowledge of electronic circuits and components* Understanding and knowledge of electrical diagrams, assembly diagrams, and parts lists* Basic knowledge of production flows* Basic computer skills* Familiarity with electronic circuits/components and assembly equipment**A plus:**Knowledge of SAP application and the Office suite.**Behavioral skills:*** Time and priority management* Collaboration, proactivity, and flexibility* Teamwork* Problem Solving orientation**Language skills:**Good knowledge of the English language (minimum B1 level).The ideal candidate is available to travel for short periods and work in shifts.**Seniority:****Primary Location:**IT - Palermo**Additional Locations:****Contract Type:**Permanent**Hybrid Working:**
