Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area of the Electronic Division at the Naples Fusaro site, we are looking for **Production Operators.**The selected individuals will be involved in assembly and testing activities, covering everything related to the assembly and integration of production parts, as well as testing based on specific technical diagrams and documentation, using both manual and automatic assembly equipment and machines.The individuals will be responsible for the following activities:* assembling electronic and/or mechanical parts using specific equipment (pliers, wire cutters, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.) and frequently using hot soldering processes with soldering alloys. The aforementioned activities also require the use of electron microscopes and repair machines.* calibration operations;
* testing and troubleshooting of both analog and digital parts, through the use of test stations with measurement instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators;
* within the scope of the aforementioned activities, minimal assembly and hot iron soldering with soldering alloys may occasionally be required;
* consulting technical documentation during testing activities;
* using testing procedures and technical instrumentation;
**Education:** Diploma from an Electronic - Telecommunications Technical Institute or Mechatronic, Mechanical or equivalent.**Required Experience Level:** Junior (1-3 years)**Technical knowledge and skills*** good knowledge of the theory and basic topics of technical institute curricula;
* familiarity with electronic circuits and components;
* familiarity with basicassembly equipment;
* good manual dexterity,precision, and assembly skills;
* ability to read and use technical documentation (electrical diagrams, parts lists, assembly drawings, and procedures);
