Sales Assistant part-time (20h)
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our boutique in central Milan for an important sneakers and apparel brand. The resource will contribute to ensuring a premium sales and customer service experience, supporting the store’s commercial goals.
Responsibilities
Greet and manage customers, ensuring a curated and personalized shopping experience.
Listen and provide product consultation, with good knowledge of collections.
Orient towards result and sales targets.
Maintain the display area (replenishment, visual merchandising, store order).
Collaborate constantly with the team and store representatives.
Proactively collect feedback on product and clientele.
Qualifications
Approximately 2–3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in premium retail or department stores.
Good knowledge of assisted selling techniques.
Passion for the product and interest in the fashion/sneakers world.
Excellent relational skills and customer orientation.
Fluent in English.
Availability for part‑time 20h, on shifts, weekends and holidays.
Benefits & Contract
Fixed‑term contract of 6 months, 20 hours per week (5/7 days), with possibility to move to 30 hours.
Applicable collective agreement: CCNL Commercio.
Salary range: €15,000–25,000 plus 10% MBO + €8 ticket.
Searches are open to candidates of any gender, in accordance with law 903/77.
