Responsibilities

  • Deep knowledge of the Core/Premium brands BVI’s, ensuring updates with the BM/CPA.
  • Update all new Brand Assets for team use in sharing tools.
  • Manage tailor-made On-Trade Visibilities and Activations for Core and Premium brands, aligned with IAP activities and customer agreements.
  • Visit outlets to assess fit and gather customer inputs for proposed visibilities.
  • Lead development and implementation of customer-focused materials and programs according to brand toolkits and regulations.
  • Manage BTL Agency relationships for On-Trade projects: briefing, production, activation.
  • Coordinate with Design Agencies for visual proposals and secure approvals through Business Managers, revising as needed.
  • Oversee production of visibility materials, ensuring quality and adherence to budgets.
  • Maintain an updated On-Trade Activity Calendar with project timelines and KPIs.
  • Ensure execution excellence by onsite visits during activations.
  • Follow up on visibility evaluations with sales support to measure KPIs and compile reports.
  • Manage local Brand Activations, ensuring KPI achievement and reporting.
  • Manage the On-Trade CPA A&P budget efficiently.
  • Plan weekly field visits with sales to evaluate potential and renew outlets.
  • Contribute to the development of On-Trade Channel Strategies via the IAP process.
  • Use social networks responsibly to communicate activations and monitor key outlets.

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Experience in field sales and category management tools.
