Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Acoustic/MEMS Resonator Designer to play a central role in bringing advanced acoustic filters to market for 5G communications. You will collaborate with an energetic, multidisciplinary team on projects that may include:

• Acoustic resonator modeling
• Process design kit (PDK) generation
• Device characterization
• Mechanical and electromagnetic modeling
• Fabrication process analysis
• Statistical performance analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, model, and optimize acoustic/MEMS resonators and filters for RF front-ends
• Develop and maintain process design kits for acoustic resonators
• Evaluate resonator and filter performance through simulation and measurement
• Collaborate with system-level designers to ensure seamless integration with front-end components
• Partner with production and supply chain teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and mitigate performance or manufacturing challenges

Qualifications

• Education:
• M.S. with relevant work experience, or
• Ph.D. in a qualified field (e.G., Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science)
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with SAW, BAW, or MEMS resonator design
• Proficiency in finite element analysis (FEA) or analytical methods for acoustic optimization
• Strong background in design layout and automation tools
• Basic knowledge of micro-device manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with RF measurement instruments and techniques
• Soft Skills:

o Excellent communication skills (English required)

o Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
