Responsibilities

  • Lead overall advertiser relationships and strategy, including account planning and direct agreements.
  • Responsible for delivering sustained revenue growth through strategic partnerships and expanding product adoption across client divisions, building deep relationships with advertisers and agencies through trust, data‑driven insights, and industry expertise.
  • Manage complex customer relationships and initiatives with significant impact, working with upper‑tier accounts where objectives and decision‑makers may not be clearly defined.
  • Lead cross‑functional customer teams to establish clear goals and alignment while providing strategic guidance through category‑level insights and relevant recommendations.
  • Manage complex stakeholder dynamics and navigate challenging organizational structures, requiring effective communication with senior leadership through polished presentations and documentation.
  • Develop and share best practices across the vertical and address non‑standard escalations while maintaining relationships.
  • Deliver both tactical and strategic thinking, focusing on long‑term solutions while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Lead initiatives spanning multiple regions or organizations, mentoring and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Advocate for customer needs within Amazon, balancing business objectives and stakeholder relationships.

40 hours / week, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm, Salary Range $148,700/year to $201,200/year.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related field and five years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in the job offered or another related occupation.
  • Five years of experience in prospecting, penetrating, and creating new relationships with clients at all levels within large Entertainment organizations.
  • Five years of experience driving deals to closure in a new business environment.
  • Five years of experience leading customer relationship management in a client-facing role, including contract negotiation and administration.
  • Five years of experience retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers through strategic partnerships.
  • Five years of experience understanding display, video, and audio advertising opportunities and tools to build relevant advertising solutions for advertisers.
  • Five years of experience utilizing Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress, forecast, and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.
  • Domestic and/or international travel up to 50% may be required.
