Account Payable Specialist – Finance & Administration
Location: Zola Predosa, Bologna Department: Finance Reporting to: Finance Manager Working Model: Hybrid Contract Type: Permanent Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) Starting Annual Base Salary (Gross): From 24.000€ Potential Start Date: July / August 2026 Role Purpose
The candidate will assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor and support the parent company’s general accounting functions. Responsibilities
Record the parent company’s supplier invoices. Support administrative tasks of general ledger entries. Maintain the supplier information database. Assist in balance sheet reconciliation. Support the General Ledger and related accounting entries (e.g., Intercompany Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, IAS1). Assist in managing quarterly and annual closing balances. Support the supplier invoice approval process. Properly record product movement from YOOX’s warehouse and verify that accounts and documents correspond. Assist in preparing and filing the Intrastat declaration on goods and services purchased. Qualifications
Diploma in Accounting or University degree in Economics or related fields. Good understanding of accounting concepts and principles. Reliability, accuracy and confidentiality. Motivation for an administrative role. Proven ability to work under stringent deadlines and show flexibility. Interpersonal skills, flexibility, problem‑solving and proactive approach. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Knowledge of Navision and SQL considered a plus. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Equal Opportunities Statement
