Accounts Payable Specialist

Fixed Term Contract (Approx. 6 months)

We are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of supplier master data within the ERP system.
• Management and posting of supplier invoices and expense reports.
• Recording of passive invoices and general ledger entries.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Coordination with the Treasury department to support payment planning and execution.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma in Accounting (Ragioneria ) or a degree in Economics/Finance.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within a corporate or accounting/tax firm environment.
• (Applications from recent graduates in economic or financial disciplines will also be considered.)
• IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP management systems — preferably SAP ERP — is an advantage.
• Language: English proficiency at B2 level or higher preferred.

Contract Information

• Contract Type: Fixed-term, 6 months (with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position).
• National Collective Agreement (CCNL): Energy and Petroleum.
