Accounts Payable Specialist

Position

Account Payable Specialist at LuxExperience Group.

Location

Zola Predosa (BO).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Recording the parent company's supplier invoices.
• Supporting the administrative tasks of general ledger entries.
• Maintaining the supplier information database and supplier invoice approval process.
• Supporting the General Ledger and other accounting entries such as Intercompany Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, IAS1.
• Assisting in managing quarterly and annual closing balances and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Properly recording product movement from NAP's warehouse and verifying that accounts and accounting documents correspond.
• Preparing and filing the Intrastat declaration on goods and services purchased.
• Performing any other business duties as required for the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in accounting or a university degree in economics.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Good understanding of accounting concepts and principles.
• Reliability, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Motivation for an administrative role.
• Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines and demonstrate flexibility.
• Interpersonal skills and proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
