Job Title: Accounting Supervisor
Location: Cabernago(Near Milan), Italy (On-site)
Overview:
We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to join a growing finance team. This role is ideal for a Senior Accountant ready to step into a leadership position, managing a small team while staying hands-on with accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end closing and financial reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- Lead and support a small finance team
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and processes
- Support ERP transition (SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong month-end and reporting experience
- Some leadership or mentoring experience
- ERP knowledge (SAP, D365, or similar)
- Good English skills (Italian preferred)
