Accounting Specialist

ABOUT THE JOBWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join a leading services company operating within the industrial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the accurate preparation of financial records and reports.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDrive monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processesManage budget and forecast activitiesBook accruals and perform intercompany accounts reconciliations for the month-end closing (e.g. inventory, personnel cost, provisions, interests, etc)Prepare and maintain financial reportsLease with external auditorsProvide support for other administrative tasks as requestedEnsure the accuracy and integrity of accounting data and transactionsPartner with internal departments to gather and validate financial information required for accounting and reporting activitiesContribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the finance functionCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of accounting and administrative processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
