We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our client on a permanent basis in a
direct employment arrangement in Milan , with a contract signed directly with the company. A well‑known international fashion business recognised for high‑quality products and its focus on sustainability and circular economy. In this role you will work closely with the Accounting Manager and Finance team, taking ownership of accounting processes for selected EU entities. Key responsibilities
Managing the full accounting process from journal entries to trial balance. Performing monthly and year‑end closings (adjustments, depreciation, amortisation, reconciliations). Providing required data and documentation to local consultants to ensure timely statutory and fiscal reporting (returns, declarations, local GAAP financial statements). Supporting internal and external audits as well as requests from the Group finance function. Cooperating with other departments on accounting‑related topics. Degree in Economics or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong communication skills and flexibility in working with different stakeholders. High level of accuracy, reliability and attention to detail. Professional attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. Advanced Excel skills (PowerPoint is also required). Good level of English and fluent Italian. Additional European languages are a plus. Immediate availability is an advantage. Conditions
