About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and analytically strong professional to join our Accounting team, focusing on Buy Back and Maintenance & Repair (M&R) activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor accounting activities related to Buy Back and M&R processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
  • Analyze complex accounting transactions, reconciling financial data and supporting period‑end closing activities.
  • Ensure correct application of IFRS principles, with particular focus on revenue recognition (IFRS 15).
  • Support controlling and business teams by providing insights and analysis on financial data.
  • Contribute to the optimization and standardization of accounting processes and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to ensure alignment on accounting topics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and actively support process enhancement initiatives.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • A candidate with a minimum of 3‑5 years’ experience in leading audit firms or at least 7 years in accounting/controlling roles within multinational companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and manage complex accounting processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of IFRS principles, with specific focus on IFRS 15.
  • High learning agility and strong drive for continuous process improvement.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and networking.
  • Flexibility, multitasking capability, and ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced / expert‑level skills in Excel and SAP.
