Head of Administration – Temporary Contract

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team at Mariano Comense (CO).

for a temporary contract.

The role will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all accounting and administrative activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with civil and tax regulations;
  • Manage general and analytical accounting, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and closing adjustments;
  • Oversee periodic and annual tax filings (VAT, 770, Corporate Income Tax, IRAP, etc.);
  • Prepare financial reports and support the drafting of the annual financial statements;
  • Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and control bodies;
  • Support Management in financial planning and process optimization initiatives;

Ensure that all accounting and administrative procedures are properly maintained and aligned with company policies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or Diploma in Accounting, with solid experience in a similar role;
  • 6 years of experience in accounting and administration, preferably with team management responsibilities;
  • Strong knowledge of Italian accounting and tax regulations;
  • Excellent command of Excel;
  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision);
  • Good command of English (spoken and written);

Leadership, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while managing priorities and deadlines.
