Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager, who will be in charge of a group of four accounting and administration professionals and will report directly to the Italian branch's CEO and the Global CFO.

The main activities of this role are:

• Define and execute financial strategy aligned with group goals
• Manage FP&A, budgets, and liquidity
• Ensure compliance in reporting, accounting, and taxes
• Oversee general accounting, treasury, and public tender docs
• Optimize costs, margins, and stock
• Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and HQ

Requirements

• Degree (mandatory) in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in finance and administration, preferably in commercial/distribution sectors.
• Proven experience with advanced ERP and accounting systems.
• Strong proficiency in database use and international-level financial reporting (mandatory).
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Salary Range: 55.000-60.000€

Workplace Policy

This is a full on-site position. Remote work or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role. The selected candidate is expected to work exclusively from the company’s premises.
