As a key member of the finance/Corporate Development function, you drive financial diligence and integration for acquisitions while ensuring robust accounting, reporting, and governance. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational objectives and to support fundraising and investor relations. You shape the post-acquisition roadmap, optimize fiscal structures, and reinforce controls to sustain growth and value creation in a high‑ambition environment. You will work in a fast‑paced setting that rewards initiative, rigor, and ethical business practices.
