The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Associate to support our financial operations across Italy and the UK. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience who wants to grow their career in an international digital company. You will work closely with the finance team to manage day-to-day accounting activities, assist with financial reporting, and support payment reconciliation across multiple currencies.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily accounting operations across Italian and UK activities
• Manage invoicing processes including Italian electronic invoicing (Fatturazione Elettronica)
• Assist with VAT compliance in Italy and the UK
• Perform bank and payment reconciliations across EUR and GBP transactions
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting
• Coordinate with external accountants and consultants
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities
• Support improvements to internal financial processes
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or bookkeeping
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and interest in improving processes
