Salary range: €30,000 – €36,000 RAL

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting & Administration Specialist to support the day-to-day finance, accounting, and administrative operations of our Italy entity.

This role will work closely with external accounting, payroll, and labor consultants, while coordinating with internal stakeholders in Italy and the Group headquarters. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, well-organized, and comfortable working in a small but growing international organization.

The position requires strong ownership, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a compliant and timely manner.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with external accounting firms on bookkeeping, VAT filings, statutory accounting matters, and related documentation.
  2. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice review, payment follow-up, and records maintenance.
  3. Assist with monthly closing activities and prepare financial data or reports required by Group headquarters.
  4. Maintain accurate financial, administrative, and corporate documentation in line with internal and local compliance requirements.
  5. Liaise with banks, suppliers, consultants, and other external service providers on daily operational matters.
  6. Coordinate with payroll and labor consultants to support payroll processing, employee administration, and employment-related documentation.
  7. Support office administration, facility management, procurement, and general operational arrangements.
  8. Contribute to the improvement of local administrative and accounting processes as the Italy business continues to grow.
  9. Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Excellent command of business Italian and English, both written and spoken. Ability to communicate in Chinese would be a strong plus
  3. 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance administration, or general administration.
  4. Prior experience in an accounting firm, multinational company, or structured corporate environment is preferred.
  5. Good understanding of basic accounting processes, administrative workflows, and local business operations in Italy.
  6. Experience working with external accounting, payroll, or labor consultants would be an advantage.
