Based in our headquarter office in Carpi, Modena (Italy), we are looking for a proactive Accountant Trainee to join our Finance Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a brilliant and organized individual ready to take on a 6-month internshi p and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Register and process incoming goods invoices (both Italian and foreign suppliers), with a focus on merchandise-related invoices in the passive cycle
- Handle service invoices when required
- Ensure accurate invoice entry based on supplier type, including major partners
- Support the end-to-end supplier management process, from invoice registration to payment proposal
- Monitor and manage the workflow of payments, assisting in the final stages of payment execution
- Collaborate with the team in reconciling supplier accounts and handling communication
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of internal records and financial documentation
SKILLS
- High school Diploma, Degree in Finance, Economics or Business
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player attitude with good organizational abilities.
