Thermon FATI is looking for an Accountant to join our team in Cusago. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with US GAAP or IFRS standards. You report to the local Financial Controller, and work together with a Senior Accountant. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting all financial operations within Thermon FATI.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
  • Maintain an orderly accounting and filing system
  • Ensure proper controls over accounting transactions and reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing timely and complete financial statements and reports
  • Conduct margin analysis and support the Operations team with financial insights
  • Distribute internal reports and assist affiliates with financial matters
  • Ensure compliance with local indirect tax and statistical reporting requirements
  • Support the business with financial and departmental matters
What You Bring
  • A locally respected Accounting degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in an international, industrial environment
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Fluency in both English and Italian
  • Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a structured, proactive approach
