Job summary

Working as part of a high‑performing, collaborative commercial team, the Account Optimization Manager will continually enhance the competitiveness and availability of the product across an assigned portfolio of hotels. The role focuses on optimizing commercial performance by driving availability, rates, offers, and overall product quality through strong supplier management and data‑driven decision making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Renegotiate contracting conditions with hotel suppliers to maximize availability, promotional offers, best available rates, and optimal loading.
  • Ensure full and accurate application of commercial conditions in the system, leveraging a high level of system expertise.
  • Apply targeted optimization actions on the product, setting the right priorities based on insights from company dashboards and performance data.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and react quickly to commercial opportunities or risks.
  • Proactively manage daily contact with assigned hotel suppliers to strengthen relationships and drive performance.
  • Obtain new offers and additional availability, ensuring they are directly loaded into the system by suppliers.
  • Partner closely with the Contracting Manager to ensure high-quality collaboration.
  • Share information, strategies, and performance insights to drive efficiency, alignment, and strong commercial outcomes.


Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in account management, optimization, or contracting environments.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence suppliers to achieve improved commercial terms.
  • High level of comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both internal and external.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong system aptitude and attention to detail.
