Purpose of the Job

Our Account Managers manage and deliver solutions for clients by working closely with internal teams and local partners. With experience delivering ongoing solutions and building relationships, you will take ownership of multiple accounts and expand them over time. This role supports a market‑leading global confectionery/FMCG client, delivering projects across retail and out‑of‑home environments. Service offerings include temporary and permanent POS materials, 2D/3D print, vinyl/stickers, signage and visibility collateral such as flags, A‑frames, range‑and‑price boards, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take briefs from the client, manage project delivery from start to finish, and suggest innovative alternatives while owning the process.
  • Provide technical input, brief suppliers on precise client requirements and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor projects to ensure on‑time, on‑spec delivery, implementing new methods and procedures as needed and collaborating across teams.
  • Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations, and handle account administration and reporting with accurate records.
  • Agree on and manage budgets and P+Ls, maximizing profit through performance analysis.
  • Deliver services to meet and exceed contractual SLAs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Client service management experience, maintaining relationships across multiple vendors and meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
  • Project management mindset, process‑driven with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Experience troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all seniority levels.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
