HORECA ACCOUNT MANAGER

HEINEKEN Italia is seeking a resource to join the Horeca function in the BU Nord team as a Horeca Account Manager. The selected person will be responsible for the Lombardy zone, reporting to the Horeca Territory Manager, ensuring the zone coverage, achieving assigned sales targets and developing visibility initiatives of the brand with sell‑in focus.

Location: Lombardy. Function: Horeca.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the Channel Strategy and Outlet Execution, ensuring constant presence in key outlets and panel continuity in collaboration with Trade Marketing.
  • Develop the HEINEKEN portfolio through negotiations and agreements with consumers, collaborating with local distributors.
  • Manage and grow the Outlet panel coverage in the area (existing HITA customers or prospective converters).
  • Ensure proper brand positioning in the zone with promotional Sell‑Out activities.
  • Lead Brand Building activities in the area, activating PICOS in terms of assortment and visibility, and providing excellent tap service.
  • Achieve sales objectives in the zone (distribution, number of negotiations/agreements, visibility, training).
  • Monitor the zone through direct relationship with consumers to guarantee correct implementation of the defined Route to Market.
  • Maintain continuous information flow with Sell‑In Account Managers, Territory Manager, Trade Marketing and BU Manager to build the most effective Route to Market at the consumer level.
  • Manage the budget assigned by the Territory Manager to develop the portfolio in line with the defined commercial policy.

Qualifications

  • Strong relational and communication skills.
  • Analytical ability and interpretation of sales data and trends.
  • Negotiation and problem‑solving skills to identify optimal solutions for the company and customer.
  • Result‑oriented and driven to reach business goals.
  • Knowledge of the assigned territory and its customers.
  • Passion for the Horeca channel and beverage sector.
  • Propensity for dynamic work with significant market/territorial presence.
  • Openness to seize business opportunities with flexibility and determination.
  • English language proficiency (B2).
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge.
