Your Mission
You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact. 
 Please note that this job opportunity is Florence office based. 
The Journey
- Have full ownership of the business in Florence, managing a 360º portfolio of Top Partners in Florence
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with Top Partners, becoming their go-to person for strategic growth
- Understand your Partners’ objectives and challenges to offer insightful, data-backed advice that delivers tangible results.
- Leverage data-driven insights to impact growth and profitability for both Partners and Glovo
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for the city across Growth, Promotions, Advertising and Operations, ensuring sustainable business performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Corporate and Customer Service teams to design and implement tailored solutions that address Partners’ needs.
- Be informed, get involved and make things happen — always with a doer attitude and a bias for action.
What You Will Bring to the Ride
- 1+ year of experience in Account Management or Business Development, ideally within fast-paced environments such as startups, top consulting firms, or tech companies.
- Persuasive in the most pleasant way — you can sell anything that brings real value to Customers, Partners, and the Glovo platform.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills — assertive yet empathetic, always able to drive alignment with clarity and purpose.
- A strong analytical mindset — you find smart and elegant solutions to complex, cross-functional challenges through critical thinking and data-driven reasoning.
- A natural sense of ownership — proactive, action-oriented, and thriving in dynamic, ambiguous contexts where speed and impact matter.
- A hands-on spirit and an optimistic attitude — you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen.
- A curious, inclusive, and humble mindset — eager to learn, collaborate, and grow together with your team and Partners.
