We are looking for an Account Manager Facade to drive our business forward and shape its future.

About the Role

This position, based in North Italy, is a key role for Trespa’s business in Italy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in specification sales, an established network in the building industry, and leadership capabilities. As an Account Manager Facade you will support the project business in your area by coordinating projects with architects, designers, large contractors, distributors and other decision makers in order to close sales. You will work closely with Inside Sales and other colleagues in the team and with Trespa colleagues in HQ. You will report to the Region Manager South Europe & South America.

  • Develop and execute a yearly sales growth plan for the area aligned with the country objectives and Trespa’s Commercial Excellence principles.
  • Drive volume sales growth by optimizing value propositions to customers.
  • Promote Trespa products to architects, designers, contractors and principals, and acquire projects with these target groups based on benefits & value.
  • Manage distributors in the country, helping them to grow in their territories.
  • Understand customer needs, complaints or problems and find solutions to create win‑win situations and long‑term business relations.
  • Plan activities proactively, focusing on high‑potential opportunities and track progress against personal KPIs.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with project, pipeline, customer and customer data.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of total market potential in the area with a primary focus on high‑potential opportunities.
  • Expand and strengthen the professional network with high‑potential clients, providing training and product information to increase awareness of Trespa products.
  • Work in accordance with compliance rules and Trespa Values.

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar job.
  • Strong communication, networking and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated consultative or value‑based selling experience.
  • Business acumen with the ability to implement strategies effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with hands‑on, pro‑active approach.
  • Confidence, flexibility and initiative.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging both individuals and groups.
  • Professional, team‑oriented and able to independently manage a defined territory.

Education and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Experience using CRM tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

Other requirements

  • Works from a home‑office with frequent travel (60% - 80% of time).
  • Holds a clean driving record.
