Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Ancona, with some flexibility for working from home (home office). The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling client communications, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and developing strategic plans to meet client needs and achieve business objectives. Additionally, the candidate will actively work to ensure seamless project execution and maintain strong collaboration between departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management and account management
  • Capability to analyze sales data and prepare client-focused strategic reports
  • Proficiency in project coordination and understanding of cross-functional team collaboration
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and project management software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize time effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the electronics or technology industry is a plus
