Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to support corporate clients through the onboarding process and manage their relationship with YouHodler post-integration. This role is essential to delivering a smooth client experience, ensuring compliance, and fostering long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding:

Guide corporate clients through the full onboarding process, including KYC/AML documentation, platform setup, and account activation.


  • Client Support:

Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing corporate clients, providing timely and professional support.


  • Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.


  • Collaboration:

Coordinate internally with Compliance, Legal, Tech, and Operations teams to facilitate onboarding and resolve client issues efficiently.


  • Training & Product Guidance:

Provide product demonstrations, answer client queries, and offer ongoing education to ensure optimal use of YouHodler’s services.


  • Process Improvement:

Identify friction points in onboarding or client servicing and propose solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or corporate onboarding—ideally in fintech, crypto, or financial services
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English; other languages (e.g., French, Italian, German) are a plus
  • Experience working with CRM and onboarding tools is a plus
