As Account Manager in Bologna, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant brands within Italy, acting as a consultant to grow partner performance and loyalty. You will work cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and product to deliver data‑driven guidance and grow the partner network. The role focuses on building lasting relationships, optimizing financial performance, and driving market share in a fast‑paced, autonomy‑valuing environment. You will help shape the growth trajectory of our restaurant partners and contribute to Deliveroo’s mission to connect consumers, restaurants, and riders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands and cultivate lasting relationships
  • Monitor performance, share insights with partners, and identify opportunities to improve metrics and satisfaction
  • Negotiate contract terms to align with company goals and partner mix for better supply quality and CVP
  • Plan portfolio strategy to boost performance, financials, loyalty, and market share
  • Control perimeter P&L to identify opportunities and risks

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in account management or sales
  • P&L knowledge and negotiation skills
  • Experience creating long‑term relationships
  • Experience using tools and related project management applications to guide best practice
  • Experience in Horeca/restaurants/food market would be a plus
