A leading eCommerce agency is looking for a highly strategic Account Director to lead one of their largest Amazon clients across Europe. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to shape the future of a multi-category brand across Amazon platforms.

As the strategic lead, you’ll oversee a major Amazon Ads account with multiple product categories and multiple stakeholders. You’ll guide two high-performing Account Managers and work closely with the broader European team to drive performance, innovation, and strategic clarity.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Amazon advertising strategy (PPC and DSP) for a key client
  • Act as the primary strategic partner across regional and global brand stakeholders
  • Lead internal planning and external communications to ensure campaign alignment and success
  • Guide and coach Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class execution and insight-driven planning
  • Develop scalable strategies that combine ad performance, creative, and retail insight
  • Navigate and coordinate across multiple markets, teams, and timelines

What They’re Looking For

  • Deep expertise in Amazon PPC and DSP advertising, with a strong understanding of retail media
  • Strategic thinker with experience working across complex client environments
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills; confident leading senior-level conversations
  • Highly organised and able to delegate effectively in fast-paced settings
  • Experience with cross-market strategy or consumer electronics is a plus
  • Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable

Team Environment

  • You’ll report to a Senior Director
  • You'll manage a team of two experienced Account Managers
  • Collaborate with a wider team across Europe, all focused on eCommerce excellence

Salary range €50,000 - €55,000
