Join a fast growing, Series A, European fintech backed by experienced payments investors and operators. The focus is on building modern in person payment solutions for merchants and software platforms, with an initial focus on hospitality and expansion across Southern Europe.
They are hiring an Account Executive who enjoys building from the ground up. You will win new business, shape local strategy, and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle with hospitality merchants, from prospecting to activation.
- Build a strong pipeline with disciplined forecasting and clear next steps.
- Stay active in the field and at industry events, becoming a trusted local contact.
- Close competitive deals by selling value and handling objections confidently.
- Work cross functionally with marketing, product, and operations to speed up activation.
- Support future hires by sharing best practices as the team grows.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in field sales, ideally hospitality or payments/fintech.
- Strong hunter mindset with proven ability to open doors and close deals.
- Consistent track record of hitting targets.
- Comfortable in fast-moving, evolving environments.
- Confident negotiating, defending value, and managing stakeholders.
