Now, we’re ready to take it to the next level , and for that, we’re looking for 2 Account Executives to join our incredible team. If you’re ambitious, sharp, and fluent in one of these language profiles (plus some Italian basics), we want to meet you:

STEP INTO THE ROLE

As an Account Executive at LetzFair, you’ll own the full sales cycle , from prospecting to closing, while building strong and lasting relationships with clients.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:


Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify potential B2B leads in the events and MICE sectors
  • Leverage sales automation tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot) to manage outreach and track activities

Full Sales Cycle Management

  • Run discovery calls and product demos
  • Craft and pitch tailored proposals
  • Negotiate, close deals, and hit revenue goals

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with decision makers and stakeholders
  • Act as a strategic advisor who brings real value
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the CEO, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine strategies and messaging
  • Provide market feedback and insights to improve product and sales processes

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track KPIs, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities

Representation & Networking

  • Represent LetzFair at industry events, trade shows, and webinars
  • Promote the brand and develop strategic relationships in the European market


WHAT MAKES A GREAT FIT

  • Full professional proficiency in German or Spanish , with excellent spoken and written English , or candidates with full professional proficiency in English
  • Basic Italian for day-to-day team communication
  • 2–4 years of proven B2B Sales experience (experience in SaaS is a plus)
  • Comfortable managing the full sales cycle , with CRM and sales automation experience (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)
  • Excellent negotiation , presentation , and communication skills , with experience managing mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Curious about SaaS, tech , events , and innovation
  • Strong problem-solving skills , initiative , and critical thinking
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and quick to learn new tools/processes
  • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00)

COMPENSATION


Freelance collaboration

  • Fixed compensation range: €35.000 - €50.000 + VAT (if applicable) /year
  • On Target Earnings: €15.000 - €33.000/year
  • Over-performance percentage: 8% -10% on sales exceeding the revenue target


Contract

  • Fixed-term 6 months with subsequent permanent contract, or permanent contract with 3-month probation
  • Annual gross salary (RAL) range: €25.000 - €38.000 + €2.000 Fringe Benefits
  • On Target Earnings: €10.000 - €23.000
  • Over-performance percentage: 6% - 8% on sales exceeding the revenue target
