Account Executive – Italy | High-Growth Cybersecurity Scale-Up A fast-growing, venture-backed cybersecurity company is seeking a driven Account Executive to join its Italy based team. This company is on a mission to make cybersecurity effortless , delivering the world’s first natively automated, end-to-end XDR platform —backed by a 24/7 managed service. Built for lean security teams, it’s cybersecurity on autopilot: powerful, seamless, and stress-free. With nearly $100m+ in funding , explosive growth, and a globally recognized platform, this is an incredible opportunity to sell a solution that’s transforming the security landscape. What You’ll Be Doing: Own the full sales cycle (new and upsell) for mid-market clients across the region. Drive pipeline generation independently while collaborating with SDRs, Marketing, Channel, and Engineering teams. Sell through partners (VARs, MSPs) and develop strong channel relationships. Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer pain points and position high-impact solutions. Hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment . What We’re Looking For: 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales , with proven success in closing deals. Cybersecurity sales experience is essential. Experience working with or through channel partners . Demonstrated ability to exceed quota and work autonomously. Strong communication, discovery, and value-based selling skills. Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with high energy and ownership.
