Account Executive – Institutional Market
Join goFLUENT as an Account Executive – Institutional Market. In this role you will develop the Italian market for public administration, identifying decision makers and proposing tailored learning solutions.
Cosa farai
- Develop the Italian market in the Institutional Market sector
- Identify decision makers and propose personalized training and economic solutions
- Qualify and understand the needs of public institutions
- Demonstrate the ROI of goFLUENT solutions through success stories
- Build long‑term relationships with stakeholders at various levels
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success teams for project implementation
- Participate in industry fairs and events
Cosa cerchiamo
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in the Institutional Market (preferably SaaS or B2B international services)
- Ability to interact with interlocutors at all levels, including executives and decision makers
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Consultative attitude, results orientation and team spirit
- Proactivity, flexibility and interest in emerging technologies
- Experience in training sector – plus
- English at minimum B2 level
- Italian native speaker
