Role Description
We are looking for an Account Executive to help convert qualified leads into clients. In this fully remote role, you will meet with researchers, innovative companies, and research organizations who are already interested in our services. Your main responsibility will be to present GrantSpider’s solutions, understand client needs, and close deals . You will receive a calendar of scheduled online meetings with qualified leads , allowing you to focus on delivering compelling presentations and guiding potential clients through the decision process.
Responsibilities
• Conduct online meetings with qualified inbound leads
• Present GrantSpider’s platform and services to prospective clients
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Guide clients through the decision-making process and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
Requirements
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Fluent in English and at least one additional European language
• Responsible, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Nice to have
• Experience selling SaaS platforms or consultancy services to research organizations or innovative companies
• Knowledge of European grants and tenders (e.g., Horizon Europe)
• Proficiency in additional European languages
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Workspace, and AI tools
