As an Account Executive Inbound at Odoo, we handle the whole sales cycle adopting a consultative sales approach and guide prospects by actively driving the sales process - all with a high focus on our product's added value.

As a member of our team, you will have direct interaction with a diverse range of companies, primarily small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) , including independent and growing businesses.

However, your responsibilities extend beyond sales, you will also be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring the smooth implementation of our solutions for a period of 6 months , taking care of follow-ups and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Own the entire Sales Cycle: take charge of the full sales process — from qualification to closing, without prospecting! Qualify client's business needs, offer tailored Odoo product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the buying journey until closing the deal;
  • Demonstrate Odoo product: demonstrate the latest apps, features, and product updates to end-users, ensuring they experience firsthand the value and impact Odoo can bring to their business;
  • Foster Client Relationships: build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, establishing trust and becoming a valuable partner in their success; Manage the closing of the account and after-sales period for 6 months.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales: 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the B2B market;
  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1);
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and tools for building a strong sales pipeline;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients;
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully while maintaining a positive customer experience.

  • Knowledge of ERP and SaaS market.
