Account Executive – Healthcare

Location: Northern Italy (home-based with frequent travel).

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales and Business Development professional to drive sales growth of our endoscope reprocessing machines and related solutions across Northern Italy. The successful candidate will manage a direct customer portfolio while coordinating a local sales agent team to achieve regional sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development : Promote and sell the full portfolio of endoscope reprocessing equipment, consumables, and service solutions; manage and expand direct accounts in hospitals, clinics, and private healthcare; identify new business opportunities with key stakeholders, and ensure coverage through direct presence and external agent coordination.
  • Agent Management & Team Leadership : Coordinate and support a network of sales agents across specific provinces; provide training, commercial guidance, and field support to maximize agent effectiveness.
  • Customer Support & Technical Liaison : Collaborate with internal marketing and service teams to tailor solutions to customer needs; ensure customer satisfaction and follow up post‑sale processes (installation, service, training).

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in medical device sales, preferably in hospital or sterile reprocessing.
  • Knowledge of endoscopy workflows and infection prevention practices is a plus.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with ability to manage complex hospital accounts.
  • Experience coordinating external sales partners or agents is preferred.
  • Self‑driven, organized, and goal‑oriented.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel within Northern Italy.
