Account Executive, Cybersecurity (Italy) - Mid Market
- Location: Italy (remote)
- Language: Italian + English
- Experience selling SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, MDR, NDR, identity security (IAM / ITDR), cloud security (CSPM, CWPP, CIEM), endpoint protection (EPP, NGAV), email security, DLP, CASB, and SASE / SSE solutions is highly desired.
Compensation:
- Base: €80K – €100K
- OTE: €160K – €200K (uncapped)

- We’re partnering with a fast-scaling, global cybersecurity vendor redefining how organisations approach threat detection and response.
- Series-backed, well-established, and on a steep growth trajectory, the business is award-winning and led by a leadership team we’ve worked closely with for several years across previous ventures, including a highly successful exit.
- This is a high-impact, territory-owning position , focused on building and scaling the Italian market from the ground up.
This is a true 360 commercial role:
You’ll own Italy end-to-end, with full responsibility for:
- Building pipeline from scratch (direct + channel)
- Winning net-new logos
- Expanding existing relationships
- Driving consistent YoY territory growth
Typical metrics:
- Quota circa ~€800K ARR
- Average deal size ~€20K–€30K AOV
- TCV €100K - 300K
- Multithreaded/ Solution sales

What you’ll be doing
- Developing the Italian market through outbound, partners, and a targeted account strategy
- Building and managing a high-quality pipeline
- Engaging senior stakeholders across mid-market and enterprise
- Running full sales cycles from first touch through to close
- Forecasting accurately and managing pipeline hygiene
- Working closely with partners to drive joint opportunities
What they’re looking for
- Proven experience selling cybersecurity or SaaS solutions
- Strong track record of net-new business and overachievement
- Comfortable building a territory with a high outbound focus
- Experience selling to, and ideally through, IT MSPs, VARs, and distributors
- High activity, high ownership mindset
- Resilient, commercially sharp, and KPI-driven
