They are now entering an exciting growth phase and are looking to strengthen their commercial function with someone who thrives in early‑stage environments and enjoys building momentum with customers from the ground up.
The opportunity
This is a hands‑on commercial role focused on owning the full sales conversation , from initial engagement through to closing and expansion. You will work closely with founders and product leadership, giving you direct exposure to strategic decision‑making and product evolution.
While the role involves taking deals through to completion, a significant part of success will come from creating pipeline, qualifying opportunities effectively, and building strong trust early in the sales cycle . The client is open to speaking with candidates who may be more execution‑heavy today but are eager to grow into a broader ownership role.
Key responsibilities
- Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer pain points and business context
- Run discovery calls and product demos, clearly articulating value and ROI
- Manage opportunities through the sales cycle, including pricing conversations and closing
- Work closely with founders to refine messaging, ICPs, and go‑to‑market strategy
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM hygiene
What our client is looking for
- Graduate with background in Finance
- Work Experience in a start-up environment or in a B2B SaaS is a +
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within AI, automation, or developer‑led products
- Strong discovery and communication skills; you’re comfortable speaking with technical and non‑technical stakeholders also through cold approach
- A proactive, self‑starting mindset - someone who doesn’t wait for perfect processes
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
