Account Director
for
METT Milan Torre Velasca
, our new Residences & Suites project located in the iconic
Torre Velasca,
in the heart of Milan. This role will lead the proactive commercial strategy for the luxury segment, focusing on key international markets and cultivating strong partnerships with top-tier consortia and travel brands.
Proactively develop and implement strategic commercial plans to identify, attract, and grow business from both new and existing luxury accounts across key markets (US, UK, Italy, and Europe), with the goal of increasing market share and driving revenue.
Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with top-tier clients, consortia, and luxury travel partners.
Lead client interactions, including sales pitches, business reviews, and ongoing account performance evaluations.
Analyze client needs and travel trends to develop tailored luxury experiences and bespoke sales strategies in collaboration with marketing and revenue management.
Represent METT Milan at major luxury travel trade shows, roadshows, and networking events, ensuring visibility within key luxury travel networks.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Account Director or Senior Sales Manager in a similar role within luxury hospitality, ideally with experience in lifestyle or high-end openings.
In-depth knowledge of luxury travel networks and a solid international client portfolio.
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
Strong network and commercial exposure in key markets : Excellent negotiation skills to close contracts and build lasting client relationship
Demonstrated strategic planning and budget management skills, with the ability to forecast and optimize account performance.
Ability and willingness to travel when necessary
