Responsibilities
- Customer Focus: Manage and optimize the overall customer experience.
- Effective Selling: Collaborate with regional partners to upsell using solutions-oriented, systematic approach.
- Account Management: Effectively manage accounts, generate short-term results while holding a long-term perspective.
- Knowledge and Application of Software Solution Set: Identify solutions that best meet customers' business needs and position them appropriately.
- Customer Success: Maximize renewals, proactively contact accounts to ensure product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies
- Align solutions to customer priorities and re-frame customers' view of their business.
- Engage customers by linking their business priorities to the company's value proposition.
- Incorporate economic drivers: Understand customers' business, macro‑ and micro‑economic trends, industry trends, and use this knowledge to drive land‑and‑expand opportunities.
- Establish value before ROI/financial terms: Qualify and quantify the impact of maintaining the status quo or pursuing competitor solutions.
- Drive momentum: Advance the purchase decision without rushing the customer.
- Speak the native language of the assigned territory.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience; post‑graduate coursework may be desirable. Alternatively, Master’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or PhD and 3+ years of related experience.
