ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a strategic, client-focused Account Director with a solid background in communication and agency environments to join our Milan team. This senior role is ideal for someone who combines business acumen, creative insight, and team leadership, driving integrated campaigns across multiple channels, building trusted client relationships, mentoring high‑performing teams, managing budgets and timelines, and identifying opportunities to grow and expand accounts regionally and globally.
As the primary client contact, you will shape strategy, guide project execution, and ensure seamless delivery across all channels, while inspiring and leading your team to deliver exceptional results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and inspire account teams, fostering collaboration, high performance, and professional growth.
- Act as the main client partner, providing strategic guidance and building trusted relationships, including with international clients.
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of integrated campaigns, ensuring timely execution, quality, and budget alignment.
- Coordinate cross‑market and international client work, ensuring consistency and alignment across regions.
- Identify growth opportunities and help expand accounts locally and globally.
- Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and drive innovation.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience leading integrated campaigns in a creative or communications agency.
- Strong client management and senior stakeholder experience, including international clients.
- Leadership experience mentoring and managing teams.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of media and emerging trends across multiple channels.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and business‑oriented.
- Strong organizational, financial, and project management skills.
- Fluent English (advanced level) is required.
