Position: Account Director (Milan)

You will be part of the Account team, supporting the Client Service Director and reporting directly to the Client Service Director. This is a fixed‑term position covering a maternity leave, with the possibility of permanent employment at the end of the one‑year contract.

Responsibilities

• Maintain working relationships with clients, attending workshops, status meetings and presentations.
• Manage the overall project workflow to ensure tasks are delivered on time.
• Engage and coordinate with key client and agency stakeholders to ensure project delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with integrated campaigns in creative agencies.
• Experience in account management on international accounts.
• Deep knowledge of online/offline advertising.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about communication.
• Ambitious.
• Fluent in the Italian (or another specified mother tongue) and English; strong communicative person with excellent teamwork abilities.
