Experteer Overview
As Account Director, you own client success, drive profitable growth, and lead cross-functional teams. You’ll shape strategic communications that meet client objectives, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain high-quality work. You will seek organic growth within existing clients while mentoring junior teammates. This hybrid, collaborative role sits at the center of client relationships and agency performance, offering meaningful impact on brand objectives and business results.

- Develop and grow long-term account success and profitability
- Translate client objectives into actionable marketing strategies with Strategy and Planning
- Lead and manage the team to meet goals and ensure delivery quality
- Foster senior-level client relationships and secure new business opportunities
- Guide and develop direct reports and ensure cross-department collaboration
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client businesses and industries
- Present and defend agency proposals when needed
- Co-develop project briefs aligned with client objectives and approvals
- Oversee resource allocation, financial viability, and agency profitability
Responsabilità
- 6+ years in the industry
- Leadership experience
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CRM tools (plus)
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online advertising
- Ability to create and communicate clear briefs and collaborate through the creative process
- Understanding of paid search, online campaigns, and emerging media
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Experience in an integrated agency environment
