What will you be doing?

The Account Director builds solid relationships with and provides support to a selected portfolio of Top Manufacture clients. The Director handles all day-to-day servicing, drives revenue goals, and increases Circana penetration and value acknowledgment with key client contacts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enhance Circana’s connection with Clients, building strategic relationships based on value.
  • Manage and implement Circana’s strategic approach to the client, creating business insights, and supporting day-to-day needs.
  • Contribute to revenue and opportunity pipeline of assigned Clients, achieving commercial target on his / her client portfolio.
  • Foster cross-functional teamwork to lead the right solutions to the client.
  • Create high client satisfaction by managing expectations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in client service research within market research (consumer, POS, custom, and / or syndicated research).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions / insights using data.
  • Excellent presentation skills and understanding of the selling process.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn proprietary software / database applications.
  • Expert in all MS Office products- Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Strong team player with open and curious mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic knowledge on AI
