In this role, you will define and drive the global marketing and communications strategy for the Accessories division, ensuring strong brand positioning and market resonance. You will collaborate across internal teams and external partners to maximize visibility of Accessories creations, aligning with Bvlgari’s brand values. You will lead strategic planning, media relations, and high‑profile events to amplify launches and elevate the brand globally. Develop and implement the annual global marketing and communication strategy for Accessories Integrate Accessories into the broader brand calendar and pursue one‑brand synergies Coordinate with Brand and Communication teams to align messaging across channels Execute global editorial placement for key launches and manage external PR consultants Organize interviews with senior executives (Accessories Managing Director and Creative Director) Provide strategic support for LG&A event and coordinate Paris Couture and Milan Fashion Week presentations Identify trend moments and coordinate with Celebs team to engage KOLs and trendsetters Ensure unified market visits with clienteling events, editor meetings, and cultural activations Responsibilities

Proven experience in defining and implementing global marketing and communication strategies, luxury sector preferred Strong knowledge of PR, media relations, and editorial strategies Experience managing high‑profile events and fashion shows Ability to analyze market data and campaign performance Excellent digital and social media know‑how Fluency in written and spoken English (other languages a plus)
