For our branch in Pozzuolo Martesana, we are currently looking for an ACC Desk Specialist.

Head Office Pozzuolo Martesana (MI)
Reports to
Head of Capacity Management & House of Pricing
Key tasks
- Support the execution of plans and processes to implement the AFR pricing strategy.
- Assist in responding to pricing enquiries in an efficient and competitive manner.
- Execute tasks and activities while ensuring effective resource management and optimizing productivity for the day‑to‑day operations.
- Support the timely monitoring and accurate updating of local tariffs.
- Prepare and submit relevant documents for tenders.
- Develop and maintain databases with specific information to enable quick responses to specific network queries.
- Build and secure business relationships with customers and airlines.
- Prepare carrier performance reports and reviews.
- Identify opportunities to enhance services and processes to secure cost‑effective and competitive prices and negotiate competitive rates with airline suppliers while meeting desired service specifications and transit time targets.
- Understand recent developments of new solutions, services, lane and traffic development.
- May provide functional guidance, advice or training to less experienced positions.
- Identify and resolve recurring issues, and suggest modifications to AFR pricing methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of AFR forwarding business.
- Significant experience in AFR Operations.
- Strong project management skills and ability to cope with multiple bids in parallel.
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
- Commercial experience/capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong problem‑solving mentality.
