We ignite children’s future to unleash collective hope. For our school in Milan we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team! Contract type: Fixed-term. Hours: 35 hours per week. Start date: July 2026.

Your role
Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events. Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings…). Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
What You Need
Full Proficiency in English (C2 level) Positive attitude and energy to inspire children Excellent communication and organizational skills Teaching experience is a plus, but not required Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record (required by law for working with children in Spain)
